RRM Quality Policy

The organisational culture within Resource Risk Management (RRM) is one of full accountability and disclosure to our clients, regulatory authorities and the community. This culture is the foundation through which we maintain our integrity and ethics in exercising our duty of care in the management of risk. To achieve this RRM demonstrates consistency in process and information flow, provides auditable records, and assigns individual as well as corporate responsibility.

Quality procedures are the foundation of our business processes, and as such RRM consistently exceeds our clients' requirements and expectations for quality, performance and timeliness of our delivered professional services.

The RRM team works with each of our Clients and Stakeholders to understand their quality position and to focus our services on meeting those requirements on an individual project level. RRM takes responsibility for, audits, and monitors, each and every sub-consultant and supplier to our requirements to achieve a consistent seamless quality ethos on all projects.

Our Quality Management System complies with or exceeds the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 in all our business practices, across all levels of the company and our subsidiaries. Achievement of quality outcomes involves all members of staff being individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.

This policy is provided and explained to each employee in a formal training environment, thereby establishing individual and corporate responsibilities.

To achieve and maintain the required level of Quality Management, the Managing Director retains full responsibility for the Quality System, with routine operation maintained by the Quality Manager under a formal review process.
