OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
RRM is committed to providing a physically safe, healthy, and secure working environment for all employees, associates, contractors, and visitors. To achieve this, we will be continuously improving the management and standards of occupational health and safety within the organisation. It is our imperative to protect the physical and psychological health and safety of all employees, associates, contractors and visitors, and to minimize hazards and risks associated with working environments to which they are exposed.
In the course of doing that, RRM is committed to following principles that will:
- Ensure that RRM meets and exceeds applicable requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001 and AS/NZS 4804:2001 in all its business practices and across all levels of the company.
- Ensure that occupational health and safety is an integral part of the company's management systems and ranks equally with all other activities of the organisation.
- As far as reasonably practicable, provide and maintain a healthy and safe work environment within the company's premises, and when undertaking prescribed activities away from the company, establish and maintain safe systems of work.
- Ensure encouragement and support for each individual's contribution to the improvement of occupational health and safety through appropriate consultation, information, instruction, training, and supervision.
- Continuously audit and improve occupational health and safety policies and practises to satisfy prescribed State and Federal regulations and standards.
