Her career includes consulting for clients in legal, manufacturing, telecommunications, and power industries, with extensive experience in risk management models for Australian, UK, and US businesses.

Shirley collaborates with the Board of Directors on financial analysis, management, and strategy for RRM and its Joint Venture partners. With extensive experience in the China Capital market, having worked in Shanghai and Hong Kong, she leverages her deep understanding of Asian business culture to coordinate negotiations for RRM in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. Shirley is also responsible for RRM's financial compliance, preparing financial reports, and managing the company's global accounts and investments.
